Lihi handles corporate and individual income tax cases, both opposite assessing officers in assessment proceedings and in providing legal opinions. Lihi also provides counsel on tax aspects in real estate transactions, including betterment tax filings to the Real Estate Tax Office, drafting appeals and representing clients at court. Lihi is knowledgeable in criminal law as a result of representing suspects in investigation proceedings and pre-indictment hearings. she coordinates the money laundering practice in the firm, including the area of temporary and permanent forfeiture under the Prohibition of Money Laundering Law.
